Terms of Service

Plain English: Use RoboBuddy13 to learn. Don’t steal our content. Don’t abuse the platform. We’ll treat you fairly. If something breaks, we’ll fix it. That’s the deal.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RoboBuddy13 (robobuddy13.com), operated by Cosmic Code Kids, a division of iDreamWithAi (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Users under 13 may access the Free Tier without an account, or with a parent-managed account under COPPA guidelines.
If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
The Cosmic Student tier requires a valid college ID for verification.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.
One account per person. Bulk or bot-created accounts will be terminated.

4. Service Tiers & Payments

4.1 Free Tier

Access to our free book library, reader, and selected features. No credit card required. No trial expiration. Free means free.

4.2 Paid Tiers

We offer paid subscription tiers (Explorer, Creator, Premium, Cosmic Student) and one-time purchases (Token Booster). Pricing is listed on our website and may change with 30 days’ notice to active subscribers.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
No refunds for partial months. If you cancel on day 3, you retain access through day 30.
We reserve the right to offer promotional pricing, discounts, or free trials at our discretion.

4.3 Cosmic Student Verification

The Cosmic Student tier requires upload of a valid college ID. We verify enrollment status and delete the uploaded ID within 30 days. Misrepresenting student status is grounds for account termination.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Scrape, crawl, or mass-download content from our platform.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code or AI generation systems.
Redistribute, resell, or republish our books, content, or SVG illustrations without written permission.
Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the platform without prior authorization.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or our systems.
Upload malicious content, malware, or attempt to compromise platform security.
Impersonate another person or entity.
Use the platform to train competing AI models on our content.

6. Personalized Content & Subject Requests

Personalized books are generated using AI based on your subject requests.
Books generated for you are added to our public library for all users. By requesting a subject, you acknowledge this.
We aim to fulfill subject requests within 48 hours, but this is a target, not a guarantee. Complex subjects may take longer.
We reserve the right to decline subject requests that violate our content policies (hate speech, explicit content, illegal activity).

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All books, text, illustrations, animated SVGs, code, branding, and platform design are the intellectual property of Cosmic Code Kids / iDreamWithAi. Our content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. See our Copyright & COPPA Policy for details.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any original content you submit (e.g., subject request descriptions, support messages). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for purposes of providing the service (e.g., generating your requested book).

7.3 Personal Use License

Paid subscribers receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use our content for educational purposes. You may:

Read, study, and learn from our books.
Print individual chapters for personal study.
Share links to our platform with others.

You may not:

Republish our books on other platforms.
Sell or redistribute our content.
Claim authorship of our AI-generated content.
Use our content to train AI models.

8. Platform Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.
We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, internet outages, or force majeure events.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

RoboBuddy13 is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

The platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
AI-generated content will be 100% accurate in all cases (though we strive for high quality). Our books are educational tools, not certified textbooks or professional advice.
Results from using our platform (grades, skills, employment) are guaranteed.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosmic Code Kids / iDreamWithAi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

By you: You may delete your account at any time. Email support@idreamwithai.com or use account settings.
By us: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or fail to pay. We will provide notice when possible.
Upon termination, your access to paid features ends. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy retention schedule.

12. Dispute Resolution

We prefer to resolve disputes informally. Contact us first at legal@idreamwithai.com.
If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. For significant changes, we’ll notify registered users by email at least 30 days in advance.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
