RoboBuddy13 is operated by Cosmic Code Kids, a division of iDreamWithAi (“we,” “us,” “our”). Our platform provides AI-generated educational textbooks, interactive learning tools, and related services at robobuddy13.com.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

Account registration: Email address, name, and password when you create an account.
Student verification: College ID photo (if applying for the Cosmic Student tier). These are reviewed for verification only and deleted within 30 days of approval.
Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your full credit card number.
Subject requests: Topics you submit for custom book generation.
Support communications: Emails or messages you send us.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

Usage data: Pages viewed, features used, session duration. Collected via privacy-respecting analytics only.
Device info: Browser type, OS, screen resolution — standard HTTP headers.
Cookies: Functional cookies only (session management, preferences). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect biometric data.
We do not track your location.
We do not use fingerprinting or cross-site tracking.
We do not sell or share data with advertisers. Ever.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve our educational services.
To generate personalized books and content you request.
To process payments through Stripe.
To verify student status for educational pricing.
To respond to support requests.
To send transactional emails (receipts, account changes). Never marketing emails unless you opt in.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal data. Period.

We share data only with:

Stripe: For payment processing. Governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
Firebase/Google Cloud: For hosting and authentication infrastructure. Governed by Google Cloud Privacy Notice.
Law enforcement: Only if legally compelled by valid court order.

5. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

We take children’s privacy extremely seriously. RoboBuddy13 is designed for learners of all ages, including children under 13.

We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Children under 13 may use our Free Tier without creating an account.
If account creation is required for a child under 13, verifiable parental consent is obtained first.
We collect the minimum data necessary for children’s accounts.
Parents may review, modify, or delete their child’s data at any time by contacting us.
We do not serve behavioral advertising to children. We do not serve behavioral advertising to anyone.

6. Data Retention

Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
College ID photos: Deleted within 30 days of verification.
Payment records: Retained as required by tax and financial regulations (typically 7 years).
Support emails: Retained for 2 years, then purged.

7. Your Rights

Regardless of where you live, we provide these rights to all users:

Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you.
Correction: Update or correct inaccurate data.
Deletion: Request complete deletion of your data.
Portability: Receive your data in a portable format.
Opt-out: Unsubscribe from any optional communications at any time.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including:

TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit.
Encrypted storage for sensitive data at rest.

9. International Users

Our services are hosted in the United States. If you access RoboBuddy13 from the EU, UK, or other regions with data protection laws, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US. By using our service, you consent to this transfer. We apply the same privacy protections regardless of your location.
