The Meta Galaxy Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by DreamWithAI LLC, doing business as RoboBuddy13 Academy ("Sponsor"), with principal offices at [ADDRESS TO BE INSERTED BEFORE LAUNCH]. The Sweepstakes is administered by the Sponsor.
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible.
The Sweepstakes operates on a quarterly cycle (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Each cycle opens on the first day of each calendar quarter and closes twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled Drawing Date.

There are two (2) methods of entry:
During the Sweepstakes Period, visit robobuddy13.com and maintain an active paid subscription to RoboBuddy13 Academy (starting at $15.00/month). Active subscribers automatically receive one (1) entry per Sweepstakes Period. Subscribers may earn additional bonus entries as follows:
Maximum entries per subscriber per cycle: nine (9) (1 base + 1 quiz + 5 referral + 2 streak).
To enter without a purchase, hand-print your full legal name, mailing address, email address, and date of birth on a 3" × 5" card and mail it in a #10 business envelope with proper postage to:
Each valid mail-in entry receives one (1) entry — the same as a base subscription entry. Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than the Entries Close date for the applicable cycle and received within seven (7) days thereafter. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per Sweepstakes Period. Mail-in entries that are illegible, incomplete, or received after the deadline will be disqualified. Mail-in entries cannot be invalidated due to lack of subscription.
On each Drawing Date, winners will be selected by cryptographically secure random drawing from among all eligible entries received during that Sweepstakes Period. The drawing uses Python's secrets.SystemRandom (CSPRNG — Cryptographically Secure Pseudo-Random Number Generator), which is the same algorithm grade used for generating cryptographic keys.
Transparency Protocol:
Entries are weighted: a 90-Day Streak entry counts as 2× in the drawing pool. All other entries count as 1×. A subscriber can only win one (1) prize per cycle, regardless of the number of entries held.
Each Sweepstakes Period awards the following prizes:

Total prizes per cycle: 64. Total approximate retail value per cycle: $5,670 – $7,930.
For Sector Commander, Sector Scout, and Lucky 13 winners: the sector used for prize fulfillment is the primary sector identified by the RoboBuddy13 Career Counselor assessment. If a winner has not completed the Career Counselor assessment, the Sponsor will contact the winner to complete it before fulfillment, or the winner may select a sector of their choosing.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative is available. Prize represents access to digital educational content on the RoboBuddy13 platform. An active subscription ($15/month minimum) is required to access prize content. The Grand Prize winner receives lifetime subject access but must maintain at least a base subscription to read content.
Approximate retail values are calculated at $5.00 per subject. Actual value may vary. Any difference between approximate and actual value will not be awarded.
Winners will be notified via email within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing. Winners must respond within fourteen (14) days of notification to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from remaining eligible entries.
Winners may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Publicity Release within fourteen (14) days of notification. Winners' first names, last initials, and state of residence may be published on the Sweepstakes page. Winners may opt out of the publicity release.
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Personal information will be used solely for the administration of this Sweepstakes and will not be sold to third parties. Email addresses of subscribers are used for account communications and winner notifications only.
Mail-in entrants' information will be used solely for the purpose of this Sweepstakes and will be destroyed within sixty (60) days after the applicable Drawing Date.
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
These Official Rules and any disputes arising from the Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of [STATE TO BE INSERTED], without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Entrants agree that any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and shall be resolved in the courts of [STATE TO BE INSERTED].
